Managing Partner
With over two decades of experience in the super-prime residential London and home counties property market, Ross established Rossco in 2010 to give a select network of private clients a more transparent presence in the luxury real estate and construction markets. Over the past twelve years Ross has personally selected the very best industry professionals to join him, providing clients with direct access to unrivalled expertise.
He is involved in all of Rossco’s projects, from the planning and construction of luxury residential properties and estates to the development of iconic heritage commercial buildings. Focused primarily on guiding the project structure, design and brief, Ross ensures that the partnership between the client and their consultant team realises its true potential.
With a passion for supporting charities, Ross is a Trustee of The Black Heart Foundation, dedicated to improving the educational access, quality and outcomes for children from underprivileged backgrounds.

Ross Howlett

A co-founder of Rossco, David is an experienced Director of Development with a proven track record in the residential and commercial real estate industry. He is skilled in the execution of complex construction projects and believes strongly in transparency, discretion and the creation of lasting relationships built on trust. David’s primary role is to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of a client’s wishes, across all scales of projects from single dwellings to large rural estates. He is highly skilled in managing complex relationships with designers, consultants and sub-contractors, and plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of all Rossco projects.
David Evans
Head of Operations
Emily is Rossco’s head of human resources, logistics and administration. Highly skilled in navigating complex and often unique ways of working for each client, Emily plays a key role in developing premium levels of business operations and information management, both of which are essential for building luxury homes which meet and exceed client expectations. Emily also looks after the health and wellbeing of Rossco’s accomplished in-house team, ensuring that they can maximise their effectiveness in highly skilled environments and perform to the best possible standards.

Nick Williams isan experienced Project Manager who has worked across the construction industry for both main contractors and client side consultancies. He specialises in the administration of the consultant team, monitoring and supervision of the maincontractor and sub-contractors along with the delivery of projects to a high standard. He believes strongly in creating an open, inclusive and transparent project environment that allows all stakeholders to become integral to the success of the project. Having worked across different elements of the construction industry Nick takes great pride in creating a procurement method and associated programme that befits the nature of the project. Nick’s extensive Project Management experiences focus heavily on the super prime residential market, both in the UK and further afield.
