Rossco provides four core services.
Development Management
Rossco have acted as development managers on a wide variety of investment projects. From a mixed use commercial venture valued at over £1.5bn to individual family investments we have a breadth of experience and knowledge to help our clients deliver superior returns.
Construction Management
By offering Construction Management as a procurement option, we enable our clients to retain control over every aspect of their project, within a time-scale which suits them. Rather than contracting to, and then being bound by, one single main contractor, our clients have direct and collaborative relationships with the tradespeople building their home. Guided at all times by our team of experts, clients can benefit from greater control as well as time and cost efficiencies of up to 30% and 20% respectively.
Project Management
We pride ourselves on best-in-class Project Management of super-prime real estate development. Our project managers, together with our executive board experts, ensure that every project meets, and often exceeds, our clients’ expectations in terms of quality, time and budget while at the same time maximising transparency and minimising disruption.
Estate Management
Our responsive Estate Management services enable our clients to have peace of mind in relation to all aspects of their homes and estates. Services range from one-off repairs to large scale refurbishments and on-going maintenance and property management.
